This expansion will entail the creation of niche social networking sites on a university by university basis, for example The Princeton Athletics Social Networking site. The site will be used solely by this universities coaches and the recruits that they invite to join the network. This will enable the coaches to form a digital relationship with their recruits and will also enable the athletic administration to monitor the compliance issues that have affected the NCAA in recent years. Social networking sites are quickly becoming more focused and niche oriented, and college athletics recruiting is one area that can capitalize on this growth.

With this in mind we are looking for energetic, passionate, out going, sports-minded individuals to sell this service to colleges and universities across the country. People who are self starters and refuse to sit behind a desk for a living are the ideal candidates for this position. We will provide you with all of the documentation and information that you will need to sell this service and the rest will be up to you. Therefore, we are looking for individuals that can work independently with very little supervision and still produce positive results.

The position will be solely commission based with the sales associate receiving 25% of the total of their sales per university and 15% of future renewals.. We will be selling the service for an initial fee of $10,000.00 ($5,000.00 initial set up/creation, $5,000.00 annual fee) and $5,000.00 annually for additional years. So an associate can make $2,500.00 per school that they sign up in the initial year and $750.00 each additional year that the school renews.
